With 133 Million searches to retail sites on Boxing day this became the biggest online shopping day ever.
Every Monday in December prior to Christmas is the biggest online day of the week.
Christmas emails are most successful on Wednesdays
Customers spend 7% longer on websites on Sundays.
Saturday 22nd December was the biggest footfall day and therefore the lower for online.
December online grew 30% from 2011 figures.
Footfall grew from 2011 figures by a huge 52% on the 26th and 27th as more and more people search for bargains.
