A: These displays arrive pre-assembled ready for use straight away.
Q: How do I supply my artwork to customise the gift card display?
A: Send your logo in the following format to [email protected]: vector, Ai, EPS or PDF file in 300 DPI format. If you are looking ot have full flood print. Conact our dedicated team who can assist you.
Q: How do I clean and maintain the Gift Card display?
A: Use a soft microfiber cloth with mild soapy water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may scratch the acrylic or damage printed branding. Regular cleaning keeps the display looking clear and professional.

A: Please take photos and contact our support team within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or repair subject to T&C’s. Every unit is quality checked before dispatch, but damage can occasionally occur in transit.

A: Stick the cards onto the front of the unit using pthe rovided adhesives in the designated places. If you wish to rotate the gift cards on the display, we can supply magnetised blocks to easily replace gift cards.
