Hands Free Door Foot Pull Opener Description:
Upgrade hygiene and convenience with our hands-free foot-operated door opener, an innovative solution that lets you open almost any door using your foot instead of your hands. Ideal for offices, educational environments, hospitals, surgeries, and other public or commercial spaces, this foot-operated door opener combines durability, hygiene, and practicality to create a safer, more convenient environment.
Designed to reduce contact with door handles, this robust PVC foot pull screws easily to the bottom of the door and can be fitted upside down or right-side up, making hands-free access effortless.
In suitable situations, a magnetic latch cover can be temporarily placed over the door frame’s striker plate to prevent the latch from engaging, allowing the door to open with your foot when wedging isn’t possible for privacy or fire safety reasons. This can be easily removed at any point. Please note – this should only be used where the disabling of the latch does not reduce the required fire resistance of the door. In other situations the foot pull can still be used in combination with an elbow or forearm on the handle.
