Luminati are passionate about UK Design and Manufacture and are proud to own and manage two manufacturing facilities in the south west.
Our flexible, modern facilities are perfectly suited to offering scalable manufacture, from one off custom design products, right up to bulk production runs.
With a broad range of production skills and top of the range manufacturing machinery, we specialise in working with many different materials including wood, acrylic, aluminium composite, metal work and more.
Our Facilities
Our facilities are built around production cells, which can be moved and tailored depending on what we are manufacturing at any one time. This gives us fantastic flexibility and the capability to utilise many different manufacturing techniques.
Having both in-house design and in-house manufacture allows us to own the entire design and manufacture process from start to finish. Our team of engineers work closely with our fabrication teams to ensure each and every item we design and manufacture meets our strict QC standards.
All our products are manufactured in a controlled environment. Working with the 5C principals ensures we hit our quality standards and lean manufacturing ethos.
What We Do
Having everything we need in-house gives us the ability to be incredibly responsive to our clients requirements. We can produce conceptual sketches in a matter of days and turn these into 3D photo realistic renders soon after.
As soon as renders have been signed off we can commence prototype manufacture. We work in an iterative way, constantly evolving and refining to ensure we create a design that exceeds both your needs and expectations.
