When Robert Welch required a bespoke floor standing retail display unit to showcase cutlery within its retail environments, the objective was to create a premium merchandising solution that combined flexible product presentation, clear branding, and practical functionality for busy in-store use.

The display needed to support both featured product presentation and convenient customer self-selection, while allowing the merchandising layout and messaging to be updated over time.

The Design

The display combines a durable metal and acrylic construction, giving the unit a high-quality finish while remaining easy to clean and suitable for long-term use in busy retail environments.

The top three shelves feature modular acrylic display slots, allowing the layout to be adapted for different cutlery sizes, product ranges and seasonal merchandising updates. This gives retailers the flexibility to refresh the display without replacing the full unit.

The lower three shelves provide practical open storage for boxed or packaged stock, allowing customers to easily pick up items ready for purchase.

Each shelf also includes an interchangeable front ticket slot, making it simple to update pricing, product information or promotional messaging. A branded Robert Welch header panel ensures strong brand visibility within the retail space.
