Returns Policy

Delivery

• Items in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours. An email confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of order placed. A 30 day lead time may apply to items out of stock.
• All order dispatched are checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your goods you must inspect the package from the carrier. Any damages to goods must be reported to Luminati within 24 hours from receipt of delivery. Photographic evidence of any damaged goods will be requested where necessary to enable us to make a claim from our carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

• You can cancel your orders without reasons, within 24 hours of placing the order and will be refunded the amount that you have been charged.
• If any order is cancelled after 24 hours of being received we will refund 80% of the cost, the remaining 20% will cover our administration charge.
• In the event that goods have been received and the wrong component has been ordered we will refund 80% of the cost, the remaining 20% will cover our restocking charge. You must call Luminati to advise that the goods will be returned to us, and pay the costs of shipping. Any goods returned must be received by us in the same condition and, as far as possible, in the same packaging as when they were delivered to you. Credit/debit card refunds can only be refunded back onto the original card used to purchase the goods.
• It is vital to obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning goods as we can't be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
• If for any reason goods are received faulty or the wrong item has been dispatched, the correct item ordered will be dispatched at no extra cost as soon as possible.
• Custom made products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or differ substantially from the item ordered. Any decision made will be at the discretion of Luminati.
• Luminati are continuously updating and improving our product designs. We accept no liability for any slight changes or improvements that have been made to products detailed on our website.
