A beautifully designed wall mounted certificate frame with soft rounded corners.

This certificate frame is the perfect way to display your certificates to your customers, it can be used in many different situations including:-

School certificate displays
Restaurant food hygiene certificate frames

The frame has been designed from two pieces of acrylic which sandwich your certificate together, holding it securely in place, The frames are available with a black or white back panel which provide a 30mm boarder around your frame. Available in:-

A5 Certificate (148 x 210mm), panel size is 270x210mm which has allowed for a 30mm border around the edge
A4 Certificate (210 x 297mm), panel size is 358x270mm which has allowed for a 30mm border around the edge
A3 Certificate (297 x 420mm), panel size is 480x358mm which has allowed for a 30mm border around the edge

Quick delivery

Service rating: Easy to order, quick delievery and very helpful over the phone to solve issues. But I emailed 'enquiries @luminati.co.uk' few days after and nobody came back to me. I have asked a receipt after I made the payment by phone.

Good service, disappointing packaging

Service rating: Good service. I was disappointed that the frames were packed in groups of 5. previous frames from another supplier were individually wrapped which was more useful for us when we had to transport them to various locations
Product: the frames are fine but the packaging isn't ideal. individual packaging would be best for our purposes.

Missing parts still not received

Service rating: i did not receive all of my order. They told me they would resend the missing parts, as they had run out of them, however, I still have not received them after nearly a week!
Product: Generally good, but the fact that parts were missing and I was not told about it and I still have not received the parts is very poor customer service! I was thinking of ordering 2 more frames but I am worried they may be damaged or parts missing

Really disappointing service.

Service rating: The round edged frames that we ordered arrived with square edges. We returned them in the packaging they sent and their replacements never arrived. Two months later the business manager called to chase up the delivery which we were promised the following week; a week later - still no frames. Luke warm response from the company so we cancelled the order. We are now awaiting a refund.

Luminati Rounded Frames

Service rating: Having bought these frames for our daughter's room, my first impression was formed by the delivery service which was very good.
Product: I was somewhat disappointed with the fact that one of the frames did not have the hole drilled in all 4 corners, so I had to drill it myself as I could not be bothered to return the item. It also came to light that the position of the holes were not symmetrical, meaning you had the put the pieces together in one position or the edges would not align on all 4 sides. Putting up the mounting pillars was straightforward enough but required a delicate drilling operation to ensure no drift of the drill when mounting on a brick wall or again it would misalign (no criticism of the product there) but I found I had to slightly open the mounting holes with a slightly larger drill to give some tolerance as even a drift of 1mm would misalign the pillars. This is not intended to be a negative review, just the experience of using the product for the first time. Overall the end effect achieved our objective and is visually a nice item.

Product: This is my third A3 wall mounted frame with rounded corners, the second nearly had to go back owing to some scuffs and scrapes but I was able to work around those, I was happy to use again.

Service rating: Good product and good communication, slightly long lead time. Delivery system works well with courier and always supremely well packaged.
Product: Excellent material thickness, well specified and quality finishings. Double sided tape or spray mount is a must. I've bought two, one to mount a picture the other I've converted to provide a backing to a medal rack. Both look the biz! I'll be buying more soon.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Items in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours. (excluding weekends) An email confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order being placed.(excluding weekends) A lead time may apply to items which are out of stock.

DPD Predict & Delivery Tracking

The majority of orders placed will be despatched using the courier DPD. DPD have an industry leading parcel predict and tracking service which enables you to track the status of your delivery all the way down to the final 15 minutes it is scheduled to be delivered. In order to benefit from this great service, please supply your mobile telephone number when at the checkout.

DPD will notify you of the delivery window on the day of despatch and if this is not convenient then you will be presented with the following options:

Switch to a different delivery date
Deliver to a nominated neighbour
Leave the parcel in a specified safe place
Have the parcel delivered to a local DPD pick up shop
Upgrade your delivery to a earlier delivery slot, or even move to it to a Saturday
